  • Start by watching what you eat.
  • Stretch every morning before you get out of bed.
  • Set your alarm 10 minutes early to give you that exercise time.

Not only does it act as a channel of communication for your social networking and business but it also acts as a weird type of hypnosis device that just sits there on the edge of your desk doing nothing while simultaneously talking you into ordering something you don't need off Amazon at stupid o'clock in the morning.

Yes you can and believe it or not, you have actually been controlling what you think from the beginning of time.

But thats the problem!

You've been CONTROLLING, not IN CONTROL of your thoughts, you see thats the difference.

If something bad happens in our lives we automatically think of it possibly getting worse in most cases.


ELIMINATION ADVICE

Eliminate distractions

Whatever is not benefiting you eliminate it at once.

That is the start to getting rid of distractions.

If you get a phone call from a chinwagging friend just before you are about to exercise, well don't answer it (if its not a matter of life or death) do what you had positively set out to do and do that first!
