ABOUT ME
I was a very stubborn and troubled person with self inflicting issues and problems I thought nobody else would understand and were going through, I thought I was the only person on earth with the world on my shoulders.
After a few near death experiences I decided that I had to change everything or there was no chance I would see the following year.
So I did!
By making the choice to change has helped me to appreciate and be grateful for what I have now. I am one of the first generations of a British born with parents from Pakistani and Jamaican background. This has not been easy as a child growing up in the UK but has also been no excuse for my choices I made as I got older.
Even though I eventually realized I wasn't the only person with serious issues and that others were living similar lifestyles as mine, I never really had anyone to reach out to apart from my mother who had her own serious problems to deal with (mum had nobody).
So I have made it my life's work to helping others reach their own goals and to better their lives to the best they can be (with no excuses), take your time to work on your mind, body & soul. Believe me, I myself truly struggled with all this stuff over the years but not anymore, especially after my pregnancies, motherhood challenges, divorce and much more. But then I wouldn't have become the person I am today, And it's now time I give back to those less fortunate that can't see the light at the end of their own tunnel.

Let's chat.
People like to blame their future on their past experiences. Why? My own personal thoughts to that are just to get a grip and stop passing the blame on why you are where you are today, and if you don't like where you are today, well then guess what! Change it!
I have lived a life that a lot of others have lived when dealing with drug abuse, homelessness, physical abuse and sexual abuse, just to name a few...
But how many people do you know personally that have beaten the odds and holds a back ground of a mixture between Pakistani and Jamaican parents.
So how about you get to know me and I get to know you especially if it means you benefiting at the end with outstanding results.
